I am a long time follower of Louise's and enjoy her content. This book was very "her" but lacked the depth I was after. It was missing gravity and real consequences to counterpoint the lighter happy moments.

I really enjoyed this book. So much so that I finished it all in one go and it's currently 430am. This book expresses quite well how bleak everything can seem when life doesn't go as planned - and how small things can bring you back to life. It's chock full of female empowerment, but also full of the truth that no matter how capable you are on your own, it's still nice to have a partner to lean on when things feel hopeless. Can't wait for the next book!
I don't usually venture into this type of book, but I love Louise Pentland and decided to support her and give it a try. I will say I feel like I got a lot out of it because I know her YouTube personality, but the book is at turns humorous, heartwarming, and gives you all the feels. Highly recommend for fans of Sophie Kinsella, or if you're looking for a read that will leave you happy and wanting more!
